Who We Are
We are Disciples. We are a Baptist Church in Mebane, NC that honor’s and glorifies God by obeying Jesus’ command to make disciples of all people. We do this by going into our community and beyond with the good new’s that Jesus saves; teaching others through the Bible how to love God and and love their neighbors as themselves; and, equipping believers and sending them back into the world to share with others the story of how Jesus saved them.
What We Believe
We affirm that Jesus Christ is the second person of the Trinity, He is God, and has been from eternity past. Born of the Virgin Mary by a miracle of the Holy Spirit, He is the Messiah. Christ is the Savior of the world, who died upon Calvary’s cross to pay the sin debt of the world and rose again on the third day conquering death. He is the only way to salvation, and Lord of all.
Our Vision
We care about people because God cares about people. God desires for His children to experience abundant life in Him. Our vision is to engage, encourage, equip and expand our community to experience this life each and every day through the love and encouragement of Christ. We believe that we can’t do life alone, that growing people change, that saved people serve people, and that found people find people.
